On the other hand, if you want a bit more privacy and a slightly larger lot, you might like the Mika (PhP1.4M to Php1.6M). This house model is a two-story, single firewall home, which means you will not be sharing walls with your neighbors. The total floor area and basic configuration of the interior of the Mika is quite identical to that of the Ravena but it is built on a 66 square meter plot of land, which means you have space for a decent-sized yard or garden.

Now, if you are looking for something much bigger and you have a bit more wiggle room in your budget, then you might want to consider getting the Cara house model (PhP2.2M to PhP2.7M). The ground floor has much more space so you can fit a respectable-sized sofa set and dining table and still have enough room to move about.

On the second floor of the Cara, you will find three bedrooms – one master bedroom and two regular ones. There are also two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and another on the second floor. This means there won’t be a line every morning just to use the bathroom. The lot area of the Cara is also much bigger at 88 square meters. In fact, there is even a provision for a carport that can fit one vehicle.

On top of the pricelist but still quite affordable if you think about it, is the Greta (PhP5.4M to PhP6.2M). Built on a massive 166 square meter lot and having a total floor area of 143 square meters (not including the balcony), the Greta is the best choice for medium to large families. This house has a total of five bedrooms (1 MBR, 3 BR, and a smaller guest room), 3 T&B (one Master’s and two regular ones), and a carport that can fit two vehicles. You will not be in want for more room in this house even if you have three or four kids.
